About Lodi 411

Civic transparency & community information for Lodi, California

Lodi 411 is a comprehensive, data-driven platform designed to keep Lodi residents informed about what's happening in and around their community. Built on the principle of transparency and civic engagement, it brings together real-time public safety data, local news from multiple sources, original interactive articles covering Lodi and San Joaquin County, social media feeds, economic indicators, and community resources — all in one accessible place.

Created by Don Bradford, a Lodi resident and civic volunteer, Lodi 411 emerged from a simple observation: despite Lodi's 67,000 residents spread across 14 square miles, most people found it surprisingly difficult to stay informed about their own city. Inspired by attending the Lodi Police Department's Citizens Academy and discovering how much he didn't know about Lodi, this citizen-supported platform aims to bridge that information gap.

Our goal: Give every Lodi resident — regardless of background or technical skill — transparent access to the data and information that shapes their community, so they can make smarter decisions, support local businesses and non-profits, and stay meaningfully engaged with how their city spends, plans, and sets priorities.
