Despite achieving a 94% reduction in gang-related cases by 2019, the city has experienced a resurgence in gang activity, with a 105% increase in gang-related incidents from 2022 to 2023. This report documents active gangs, their characteristics, territorial distribution, and specific incidents attributable to gang violence, including the most recent fatal shooting on December 28, 2025.
