Lodi Access Center: October 2025 Update
The Lodi Access Center permanent facility is currently under construction at 710 North Sacramento Street, with completion targeted for early 2026. However, the project faces significant cost overruns. Originally budgeted at $9.8 million, construction costs have increased to $11.8 million as of August 2025 due to unforeseen environmental issues.

Reimagined Housing on Main Street Project
In 2024, the City of Lodi applied for Community Project Funds to cover rehabilitation costs for this project. The city was awarded $500,000 in late 2024, with the Lodi City Council formally accepting the award on April 15, 2025. Representative Josh Harder played a key role in securing this federal funding through Congressional Community Project Funds.
