PDF Viewer is an intelligent document viewer that provides convenient access to related documents:
- Meeting Agendas with attachments
- A collection of documents discovered via Lodi411's Agenda Search page. As each matching page is loaded, Smart Search will automatically scroll to the first match.
- Documents discovered via Lodi411's Archie Chat Bot
The Archie Chat Bot is built on pdf.ai's api and can provide insights and answer questions related to
- The current document
- City Council or Committee Meeting - documents for a specific Meeting (including all attachments)
- City council or a specific committee - across all Meetings (including all attachments)
- All Lodi City and Committee documents in the collection
The Documents / Attachments Section displays all documents that are attachments to the
current document or documents discovered via search in Agenda Search. It displays an abbreviated summary for each document
and is also searchable for Agendas with many attachments or Searchs with many results. Clicking on a summary will display that
document in the space below. Documents and Attachments can also be selected via the Toolbar at the bottom.
The ToolBar at the bottom provides
- Smart Search navigation to navigate amoung search matches on the current page. You can change the search query and execute a new search if desired.
- Document navigator to quickly load the Next or Previous document in the current collection
The Gear Button the floats on right side provides access to
- Archie AI Chat - to ask questions about this document or the entire collection
- Summary Window - for quick access to the current document summary
